PERSONAL USE LICENCE - DIGITAL EDITION By purchasing a Digital Edition on photos.nicogaray.com, the Buyer accepts the terms of this licence. 1. RIGHTS GRANTED The Seller (Nico Garay, author and rights holder) grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to: - Display the file on personal screens (computer, phone, tablet); - Make personal prints on any physical medium for private use (wall print, framing, etc.); - Use the file as a wallpaper or for personal decorative purposes. 2. RESTRICTIONS The following are expressly prohibited: - Any commercial, advertising or professional use; - Reselling, redistributing, sharing or making the file available to third parties; - Publishing the file online on any public or third-party-accessible medium, including social media (except for strictly personal, non-monetised use); - Modifying, cropping or creating derivative works for distribution; - Removing embedded metadata or copyright information. 3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Seller retains full copyright over the photograph, including rights of reproduction, representation and adaptation. This licence does not transfer any intellectual property rights. Any use not expressly authorised constitutes an infringement. 4.
